I bring creative thinking and hands-on business experience to conversations about what you're building, what could work differently and where you could take it next.

How I can help

What if there's another way?

Your situation

A product to develop,a business that needs focus,an idea you struggle to explain.

Hover, tap or tab through the three questions

We look at what you're building and explore what else it could become. That might mean another use for a product, a customer you haven't considered or a different way of solving the problem. I bring ideas of my own, question yours and help you decide what is worth trying.

That can mean the product itself, the business around it, a market you are thinking of entering or the way you describe all of it. Good communication is part of it.

Start from where you are

Pick the one closest to where you find yourself today.

It starts with a short message.

People usually reach out before committing time or money to a launch, when preparing an important pitch, or when they keep pushing an idea without knowing what needs to change.

  1. 1

You send a short message about what you are working on and where another perspective could help.

  2. 2

We agree on a focus for the first conversation, so the time goes to what matters most to you.

  3. 3

We work towards a clearer view of your options and a next step to try. You take it forward from there.

Who you'd be talking to

An independent
perspective

My experience comes from building my own businesses and helping others develop theirs. That has taken me from physical products to digital services and into new markets. I'm used to walking into unfamiliar territory and finding a way forward.

I've lived and worked in Colombia, Spain and Sweden. Moving between those places has meant learning how to start again, find the right people and make things happen in unfamiliar markets.

A few of the things I've done

Some of these were my own ventures, others were work for and with other companies.

My own ventures

  • Founded LIVINE

A drinks brand in Sweden, acquired by Löfbergs.

  • Created KAPSU

My own project for a reusable bottle and fibre-based beverage capsule.

Working with others

  • Opened Spain for Ztory

A Swedish reading app. Secured telecom distribution and publishing agreements.

  • Advised Verida

Engineering software. Worked on its name, brand and commercial direction.

How I work with people.

Years of building businesses have shaped the way I work. They influence how I listen, what I notice and the questions I ask. I know how personal it can feel when something you've put so much of yourself into is being questioned.

In his words

“He will find holes in your business model and your speech, and he will help you refine both.”
